Terms of Service When Ordering FitChef Meals
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you, the Client,and FitChef Toronto. By purchasing FitChef Toronto food items, the Client
confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and
Conditions. Service will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. No service
will be delivered without full payment.
FitChef Toronto respects the Client’s right to privacy and undertakes to make every
reasonable effort to protect your confidential information. FitChef Toronto
will not sell your name, address, or other personally identifying information
to unrelated third parties, nor use such information for any reason unrelated
to the services provided by FitChef Toronto.
We hold the right to refuse service for any reason deemed fit.

Using cryptocurrency as a payment method:
The information provided on this website does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice and you should not treat any of the website's content as such. FitChef Toronto does not make any recommendations regarding cryptocurrency. Do conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment or purchasing decisions.
In no event shall the owners of, or contributors to, the Website be liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Website.
The Website does not store or send cryptocurrencies.
Any refunds will be conducted in CAD currency for the cost of the product/service.
All orders must be in by Thursday at 6 pm for Sunday deliveries; so, set those reminders on your phone!
Any orders after that time frame will be honoured for the following Sunday delivery date.
Please be advised this is only in the city of Toronto, if you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your
address, please contact us prior to ordering.
For your order to be honoured, it must be paid in full in advance.
Please be sure to fill out a profile so we know your preferences. If at any time anything changes; whether you start a
new diet etc., let us know by email so we can update your info and continue to
give you menus that correspond.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies. We work diligently to avoid cross-contamination,
ensuring we follow safe food handling practices. By ordering, you agree that FitChef Toronto does not assume any liability if the Client, or someone who the Client decides to share meals with (collectively referred to
herein as the “Client”), experiences an adverse reaction or illness to the food
prepared by FitChef Toronto. Unless you state an allergy, your food may have
ingredients that are an allergy to others.
Cancellations / Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, you have some options.
You can defer the week – and notify us
a week before your new desired delivery date. Valid within the year unless discussed otherwise. However, if you
wait till 48hrs or less, this is no longer an option.
If you cancel your order and want a
Day of delivery: no refund.
24 hrs. before delivery - no refund.
48 hrs. before delivery – 50% refund.
If you purchase a multi-week package
(4 or 8 wks.) and need to skip a week for any reason; you must give
notification a minimum of 4 days before the scheduled delivery date. Failure
to do so may cause an inconvenience fee charge of $50.
If for any reason you are not pleased with one or more of your meals – let us know within 5 days of receiving your
delivery so we may address your concern. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Cooler bags left on the client's property or with the concierge are to be returned. Upon receiving your order, leave the ice packs in the cooler bag. Contact us to pick it up the following Sunday either from your doorstep or arrange to pick up from the concierge. Failure to return the bag will result in a $15 bag fee.
