Our menu changes weekly Tuesday at 4 pm. You can always pre-order without doing meal selection then we'll contact you once the menu is updated to select your meals!
Eat salads, wraps & seafood (if applicable) first in the week. Freeze Thurs/Friday meals upon delivery. To thaw, simply place meals in the fridge Wed. morning.

We carefully deliver from our kitchen to your address on your selected delivery day (choose in cart).
We deliver all over the GTA Region.
Delivery is Sunday between 10:30am - 2pm.
Meals will be in a cooler bag w/ ice packs. We do not recommend leaving them longer than 2 hours if you are not home. You may leave the ice packs in the bag, and we will collect them the following week.

Our menu rotates every week and is updated on Tuesday afternoon. You have till 6 pm THURSDAY to place your order. Select your meals and add-ons using the drop-down feature under a meal package.

Are you able to have your meals delivered to a neighbour, friend or concierge if possible?
In rare cases, we can arrange a pickup or reattempt delivery at a later time and cost.

Things come up - but due to the nature of our service, we can offer the following.
Day of delivery - no refund
48 hrs. before delivery - 50% refund
48hrs+ - full refund, a gift to a friend or choose a new delivery date.
